Most recently Young served as the Chief Media and Marketing Officer at Quotient Technology where he helped lead the build out of Quotient’s retail media business platform. Young joined Quotient as part of the company’s acquisition of Crisp Mobile in 2017, where he was CEO. He was previously CEO and founder of Smart Device Media, a premium mobile ad network company that was acquired by Crisp in 2011. Prior to Smart Device Media, he spent nearly two decades at Ziff Davis as part of the executive team that led the transition of Ziff from print to digital publishing. He served as President of the Interactive Division from 2001-2007 and as CEO of the company until 2010. Having participated in the digital advertising market since the earliest days of its inception, Young focuses on the emerging shifts that have defined it including the transitions to programmatic, mobile, and retail media.
